ABOUT ME
Since becoming a Certified Washington State Appraiser in 2003, my journey began with an apprenticeship in 1999 under a seasoned Whidbey Island appraiser. My services extend beyond appraisals; I regularly consult and train local real estate brokerages on appraisal and valuation matters. Serving both lending institutions and private clients, I have been a dedicated member of the Veterans Administration Appraiser Panel for 18 years.
